For online purchases, Zahmere Eyewear will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a fullrefund within thirty (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt
We do not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
We cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund using the return instructions provided in your shipment and a new purchase can then be placed on zahmereeyewear.com
Once we receive your package, please allow a 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
